My Story

Hi, my name is Tünde Bausz :)

Both in my private life and professional life I am passionate about exploring developing, teaching also learning at the same time. 

I was attending workshops, purchased all kind of self development courses, lived in 5 different countries, reached all the career goals I set for myself like MBA in Hotel and Tourism Development, worked in the very best Swiss 5 Star Hotels of Switzerland as Event Sales Manager, I also worked as Sales Trainer at the Google Ads Project in Portugal and as Readiness Manager/ Sales Coach at Microsoft in Spain. My ultra favorite experience was my volunteer job at Rio de Janeiro at the 5 star hotel welcoming VIPs at the Olympic Games.

At one point in my life I felt,  I was hitting a kind of invisible ceiling and felt I am stuck although I was overachieving all my professional and personal targets, goals.

I moved countries, homes, jobs, and changed loving partners, yet I felt that this invisible rooftop is following me everywhere I go.

Especially in my love life, I felt oooh no matter in which country I started, this old pattern was following me everywhere.

One day a very good friend of mine on a house party quietly told me, hmm "you could balance that". I was like what is he talking about... than he was kind and showed it to me. As a born teacher type, I wanted to learn about the method. This is the method I am using in sessions nowadays because it helped me to remove my limiting beliefs in my professional life and especially thankful for all the positive shifts in my personal life. 

Am I perfect now? Heck no, but I am much better and at peace with myself :)

Now I removed the invisible rooftop and I achieved within one year way more than in the last decade. The best part is that I feel fulfilled, happy not just from the outside but also inside. :)
